Chef David Buchanan has over 30 years of professional experience in restaurants and resort hotels including The Oyster Bar, Semiahmoo Resort and Boeing. Currently, he oversees Tulalip Casino's seafood-centric Blackfish as Chef de Cusine. Chef Buchanan specializes in Pacific Northwest fare, especially seafood. He also has a passion for teaching and building community among chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
