Every day,we see higher and higher gas prices. Less than 10 years ago I was in high school and a gallon of gas cost only 97 cents. It's almost 4 times that now, and who knows when it will slow down.

I haven't written here for a while. There is no real reason, I just haven't thought of things to write about and haven't taken the time to write. Topics seem to pop into my head and percolate and then I have somethting to write about. Sometimes there are dry spells between percolations.

I’m a child of the ‘60’s; born in 1960 and raised during this tumultuous time. I vividly remember waiting for Charlie Brown and his Peanuts friends to be on TV for holiday specials. In the ‘60’s you only got 1 shot to see these specials. There was no cable TV to show them over and over ad nauseum.
