Take Care of Yourself
Places to go:
If you have no insurance/primary provider; CRVNA holds a no appointment necessary Downtown Health Clinic at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 21 Centre Street in Concord, for times check the web site for the VNA or call 224-4093 (1-800-924-8620). They also hold regular Senior Clinics that manage nail care, ear wax removal, blood pressure checks, provide medication information/teaching and other services; same site/number to check these and other community services, such as parenting and child clinics and programs.
There is a Teen Health Center at 72 Concord St. in Manchester.
Planned Parenthood and The Feminist Health Clinic provide a full array of women's health care.
Horseshoe Pond takes walk in minor emergencies.
