Halftime at Dartmouth

|

This is not really an in-state rivalry, let's call it an in-state matchup. UNH has outgained Dartmouth 310-92. Dartmouth's deepest penetration has been to the UNH 31 and the Big Green has just 6 first downs to 16 for the Wildcats.

But I believe this game should remain on the schedule for both schools since they are the two premier football programs in the state and, despite recent history, close enough in ability. UNH needs a couple easier games considering its brutal CAA schedule and Dartmouth gets a chance to test itself against an elite I-AA program early in its season before going into their Ivy schedule.

Toman is 14-for-19 for 171 yards  and 54 rushing yards on eight carries. Jellison has 44 yards and two touchdownson just 5 carries. Scott Sicko has three catches for 56 yards and Mike Boyle has 5 catches for 56 yards. Defensively Dino Vasso has a team-high five tackles while Terrence Klein and Ryan McGuiness both have interceptions.

Dartmouth QB Alex Jenny is 8-for-18 for 40 yards and the two picks. Milan Williams has 32 yards on nine carries. Tim McManus has four catches for 16 yards. Ian Wilson has nine tackles, six of them solo.
