The rain stuck around, so they've just canceled qualifying and decided to set the lineup according to the NASCAR rule book. Basically, that means owner points, and thus the Chase contenders will be arranged 1-12 at the start of Sunday's race.
It also means Joey Logano will be in the race. Last week he missed out because he was in the No. 02, but this week they decided to put him in the No. 96 as a points precaution, and the move paid off.
