Open the Door - Surprise!

I never know what I will find upon return from a day of work. Willow and Nash had my Mother's company for the past seven days, so all were content.
"You know what they do when you leave." My Mom said to me, "They just zone out."
Not today! I left the laundry room door open where I had a large LL bean tote packed with food for our up coming trip and guess who found his way into it - NASH! I came home to a half eaten box of Quaker Oatmeal, A floor dusted with oatmeal flakes, a shredded box of brenton wheat cracker with no crackers in sight just plastic wrapping, and he finished off the Reece's Puff cereal. He didn't care for the tamari sesame rice cakes, which I found on the dog bed.
"I hope you shared with Willow." I said to Nash. I think she hardly got a flake and a chip off one of the lemon lollipops! I won't worry yet about the lollipop stick in Nash's belly. He is actually a sensible guy and not likely to eat the stick. Still I keep an eye open for changes in behavior.
In my mind I have visions of swollen oatmeal in his belly. I love my boy :)
