It is time for CHANGE in Barnstead. The Barnstead School Board, in their sly attempt to ram a new $18,000, 000 school expansion down the throats of taxpayers with an attitude of “Grin and Bear It, People”, needs to receive a well deserved response from the voters of Barnstead.
